I have to tell you that I am ALWAYS on the main website, www.tastefullysimple.com, looking up new ways to use the products that we love. Here is a delicious and incredibly simple recipe that I made just last week. My in-laws were babysitting for us and I wanted to have dinner prepared for them. They raved about it and even my son (almost 3) ate it--no small feat with him!
Spinach & Herb Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. Spinach & Herb Dip Mix
4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Pour eggs in shallow dish. Combine cheese and Spinach & Herb Dip Mix. Dip chicken in egg; roll in Parmesan cheese mixture. Place in greased baking dish; bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
**Note: The same amount of Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix may be used in place of the Spinach & Herb Dip Mix.

I was so excited to get it Chris eats so much salsa, we made it Sunday and it isn't good at all. But the crab dip cheeseball is the stuff! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM"
Shortly after I received THIS message-LOL!!!
"FUNNY story! Remember when I told you about the TS Simply Salsa...no one here liked it, lol? Well....my Mom made it the first time. We had a ton of company over the weekend and I wanted to make some salsa...go into the cabinet to get it and it wasn't even opened yet....hahahaha! She made the salsa with the Seasoned Salt not the salsa mix!!! Well I made it and it is fantastic lol! I made it twice once with chopped tomoatoes with green chilies...YUMMMMMMMMMMM but spicy and again with chopped tomatoes with basil. It was really good! lol my Mom was beside herself she couldn't believe she read the directions on the salsa mix and then picked up the seasoned salt and added it instead lol!"
